Hi, my name is Dr. Kutagulla, and I am a DVM at Union Park Animal Hospital and Urgent Care. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I am currently training to become a private pilot. I love to travel and enjoy spending my vacation time in the mountains. At home, I share my life with a seven-year-old Husky named Captain, a two-year-old domestic cat named Cricket, and a five-month-old Pomeranian.
Education
I originally completed my veterinary education in India, where I practiced for three years before continuing my studies in the United States. I served as a visiting research scholar at Ohio State University from 2017 to 2018, and I earned my Master's degree in Animal Science from Fort Valley State University in Georgia between 2018 and 2020.
Professional Background
I bring six years of experience as a veterinarian and a cumulative nine years in the veterinary profession. I earned my ECFVG certification in 2022, allowing me to practice veterinary medicine in the United States, and I hold USDA accreditation obtained in 2023. I have also contributed to published research in the field.
